Amost alof our curtains are blackout lined, giving the curtain extra body and structure and helps the colour of the fabric come through (the light doesn't distort it unline cotton lined). We all know the importance of sleep and recent studies have shown that we're not nearly getting enough, so good quality sleep, and a good level of darkness associated with blackout curtains.
